Controlling, optimising or monitoring - no problem at all!
In principle, all emission measuring devices or systems of the Dr. Födisch Umweltmesstechnik AG can be used for process applications, too.
Typical applications are:
Delta CO (carbon monoxide) - measurements for smouldering monitoring, e.g. in coal mills, coal silos or at fabric filters
Delta NO (nitrogen monoxide) - measurements for controlling dentrification plants
NH3 (ammonium hydroxide) - slip measurements at SCR/SNCR-plants
HCl (hydrogen chloride) - and SO2 (suplhur dioxide) - measurements in the raw gas for controlling flue gas treatment plants / FGD plants
O2 (oxygen) - measurements for monitoring inertisation plants in chemical and pharmaceutical industry
There are mainly the gas analysers MGA 23 and MGA 09 (for CO or NO) as well as MCA 04 and MCA 10 (for HCl, NH3 and additional ones) in use. All instruments are based on extractive sampling. Its advantage is that the sensitive measuring equipment is not directly exposed to the often harsh exhaust gas conditions and a modification of the sampling unit can provide solutions even for extremely difficult applications (e.g. very high temperatures, very high dust content, corrosion).
Depending on measuring task and customer's preferences, of course, other brands can also be offered - finally your benefits are in our focus !
